HPQ Evaluate

HPQ Evaluate is an independent and professional coffee evaluation service by Heavenly Pour, committed to delivering transparent, credible, and standardized coffee quality assessments. Each evaluation is conducted by a minimum of three certified evaluators, comprising either Q Graders licensed by the Coffee Quality Institute (CQI) or EQ Graders certified by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA). All evaluations strictly follow the official cupping protocols established by SCA, ensuring consistency, fairness, and accuracy. In addition to sensory evaluation, every coffee sample is roasted under the supervision of SCA Roasting Professionals, guaranteeing optimal roast development tailored for accurate assessment. Furthermore, the sensory evaluation process is overseen by SCA Sensory Professionals to ensure objective and precise flavor analysis. To provide a thorough and technical quality assessment from origin to cup, green coffee preparation and quality are also evaluated by Q Processing Certified professionals, who specialize in post-harvest processing.

HPQ Evaluate employs a uniquely combine dual-evaluation method that combines the SCA Cupping Form 2004 with the Coffee Value Assessment (CVA) Form. This approach enables a thorough, well-rounded analysis that captures both sensory and technical aspects of coffee, with every score and note rooted firmly in calibrated, professional evaluation. The focus remains on objective, consistent, and standardized assessment ensuring clarity and understanding without introducing subjective market interpretations.
